摘　　要：古建筑作为一个城市发展的标志，象征着城市的精神文明。然而随着城市化进程的不断深化，在城市旧城改造时却出现了不注重文物古建筑保护等现象，造成古建筑破坏的现象。因此，加强古建筑保护制度的建设势在必行。The ancient building, as a symbol of city develop-pment, is the symbol of the city of spiritual civilization. Ho-wever, with the deepening process of the city, in the urban tra-nsformation of the old city, there appeared phenomena that the builders not to pay attention to the protection of cultural relics of ancient buildings, resulting in the destruction of ancient bu-ildings phenomenon. Therefore, strengthening the construction of the system of protection of ancient buildings is imperative.
