摘　　要：本文结合笔者多年的实践经验，对高层住宅地下车库设计和使用中出现的问题进行了探索和研究，旨在为开发商和设计人员提供借鉴与参考。This paper, unifying the author’s many years of practical experience, explored and studied problems of the de- sign and the use of underground garage of high-rise residential area, aiming to provide reference for developers and designers.
