摘  要:在滑动轴承轴瓦的锡基巴氏合金离心浇铸层表面进行了激光重熔试验,利用金相显微镜、能谱仪和布氏硬度计等检测了重熔层的组织和硬度。通过与离心浇铸试样的比较,表明通过激光重熔,可消除离心浇铸巴氏合金的化合物粗大、偏析和气孔等缺陷;激光重熔层组织为锡基固溶体及弥散分布的Sn Sb、Cu6Sn5粒子;激光重熔层的平均硬度比离心浇铸试样提高25%。离心浇铸巴氏合金在经过激光快速重熔后,其金相质量和性能提高,有利于提高滑动轴承的使用寿命,在滑动轴承制造中具有巨大的推广应用价值。The experiment of laser remelting on the surface of centrifugally cast fin-base babbitt alloy was made. Themicrostructure and hardness of laser remelting layer were studied. By laser remelting, the casting defects, such as coarse chemical compound, segregation and gas cavity can be removed. The microstructure of laser remelting layer is tin-base solid solution with SnSb and Cu6Sn5. The average hardness of laser remelting layer increases by 25% than that of centrifugally casting sample. By laser remelting, the metallurgical quality and performance of babbitt alloy greatly increase. So, the laser rapid remelting technology greatly increase the service life of sliding bearing and has great application value in the manufacture of sliding bearing.
