摘  要:采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)制备了碳化钨(WC-10Co4Cr)涂层。用扫描电镜、中性盐雾腐蚀试验及旋转弯曲疲劳测试研究了碳化钨的微观结构与性能。结果表明,碳化钨涂层结构致密,结合强度高。与传统铬镀层相比,碳化钨涂层的硬度和耐磨性有明显提高,同时表现出了显著的耐腐蚀性与抗疲劳性能。Tungsten carbide (WC-10Co4Cr) cermet coating was deposited by high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF). The microstmcture and properties of the coating were investigated by SEM, neutral salt spray test (NSS) and rotating bending fatigue test (RBF). The results show that the WC coating exhibites compact structure with good adhesion to the substrate. Compared with the traditional Cr-plating, the WC coating has much more hardness and abrasion resistance. More importantly, the WC coating shows more significant corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance than that of Cr-plating.
