应用超普疝装置(UHS)修补125例腹股沟疝治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨使用超普疝装置（UHS）进行腹膜前疝修补的手术体会,分析手术操作要点及并发症的预防。方法回顾性分析了我科自2011年5月至2013年12月应用UHS补片治疗125例腹股沟疝患者的临床经验。结果本组患者手术时间平均55分钟。术后3~5天出院。术后尿潴留18例,阴囊血肿3例,切口感染3例,慢性腹股沟区不适4例,随访无复发。结论腹膜前间隙的游离和补片的顺利放置是手术的关键。规范细致的操作及高危情况下的预防性抗生素使用对减少并发症的发生有重要意义。Objective To discuss the experience of preperitoneal inguinal hernioplasty by using Ultrapro Hernia System .The most important part of the operation and the complications were also analyzed.Methods A total of 125 cases with inguinal hernia who received preperitoneal inguinal hernioplasty by using Ultrapro Hernia System were analyzed from May 2011 to December 2013.Results The mean operation time was 55 minutes and the postoperative hospital day was 3 to 5 days.The postoperative uroschesis occurred in 18 cases.The hematoma of scrotum occurred in 3 cases.The incision infection occurred in 3 cases and 4 cases suffered from chronic discomforts in the inguinal region.There was no recurrence observed by now.Conclusions The extensive dissection of preperitoneal space and accurate placement of the mesh are critical for the operation..The standard and careful operation will lead to lower complications.Antibiotic prophylaxis should be used in people with special physical condition.
