银杏叶胶囊与阿伐他汀胶囊治疗高脂血症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察银杏叶胶囊与阿伐他汀胶囊治疗高脂血症的疗效及安全性。方法 2009年9月至2011年3月在本院第一门诊部就诊的高脂血症患者180例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组89例,对照组91例。治疗组口服银杏叶胶囊（0.9 mg·d）,对照组口服辛伐他汀胶囊（10~20 mg·d）,两组治疗时间均为8周。治疗前后检查患者血脂水平及肝肾功能,并记录其不良反应。结果治疗后,两组患者总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）均显著降低（P〈0.05）;对照组降低幅度大于治疗组（P〈0.05）;治疗组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）有升高的趋势,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。对照组不良反应发生率为7.7%,临床主要表现是胃肠道不适和皮疹。结论银杏叶胶囊与辛伐他汀胶囊均能显著降低血脂,辛伐他汀胶囊不良反应主要是胃肠道不适和皮疹,银杏叶胶囊安全性优于辛伐他汀胶囊。Objective To Study on the effect and safety of Ginkgo biloba capsules and Simvastatin capsules in the treatment of Hyperlipidemia. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group （89case） and control group （91case）. The treatment group was given Ginkgo biloba capsules（0.9mg · d-2） and the control group was treated with Simvastatin capsules（ 10 ~ 20mg ·d- 1 ）for 8weeks respectively. The liplds , liver and kidney function were tested before and after the treatment. And the adverse reactions was recorded. Results The TC ,TG, LDL-C in both groups were lowered significantly, and the effect of Simvastatin capsules was better than that of Ginkgo biloba capsules. The adverse reactions ratio of Simvastatin capsules was 7.7%, its clinical symptoms were Gastrointestinal discomfort and rash. Conclusions Both Ginkgo biloba capsules and Simvastatin capsules can lower lipids significantly, the adverse reactions clinical symptoms of Simvastatin capsules are gastrointestinal discomfort and rash. Ginkgo biloba capsules is safer than Simvastatin capsules.
