摘  要:目前在既有建筑节能改造中,存在将节能技术简单地用在项目上,不关注实际项目特性,这是节能改造的误区。通过对深圳市上百个既有公共建筑的节能改造方案的统计分析发现,针对具体改造项目实施节能诊断的很少。而未进行节能诊断则不能发现系统能耗异常的根本原因,改造方案可行性差。通过典型案例说明改造前节能诊断的必要性。建议在节能改造方案确定前,应通过实地勘察和测试,对影响能耗的各种因素进行分析,在节能诊断的基础上制定节能改造方案。There are some misunderstandings in the current energy efficiency retrofitting.The energy-saving technology is simply used in projects and the actual project characteristics are not cared about. Through the statistical analysis on hundreds of energy efficiency retrofitting projects for existing public buildings in Shenzhen,finds that little attention is paid on implementation of energy-efficiency diagnosis before energy-efficiency retrofitting.The fundamental reasons can not be found and the retrofitting plan has less feasibility if energy efficiency diagnosis is not taken.Points out the necessity of the energy efficiency diagnosis by means of introducing typical cases.Suggests that site surveys and tests should be performed to analyse various factors affecting energy consumption before drawing up the energy efficiency plan.Then the energy efficiency plan should be made on the basis of energy efficiency diagnosis.
