麦粒灸治疗心肾不交型失眠临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价麦粒灸治疗心肾不交型失眠症的临床疗效。方法:将84名心肾不交型失眠症患者随机分为麦粒灸治疗组42例,中药对照组42例,分别于治疗2个疗程后,对其治疗结果进行前后比较。结果:治疗前后PSQI积分及睡眠质量分级水平比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.01),麦粒灸治疗组对其改善程度优于中药对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率麦粒灸治疗组为88.10%,,中药对照组为80.95%。结论:麦粒灸治疗心肾不交型失眠症疗效显著。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect with grain‐shaped moxibustion on treating insomnia of dis‐harmony between the heart and kidney .Method：84 patients with insomnia of disharmony between the heart and kidney were divided into two groups at random ,treatment group（including 42 patients treated by grain‐shaped moxibustion） 、control group（including 42 patients treated by traditional Chinese Medicine） .After two courses of treatment ,the rusults of treatment were analyzed .Results ：After treatment ,the PSQI integral and Morpheus quality grading leval had significant deviation than those before treatment（P＆lt;0 .01） ,the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group with traditional Chinese Medicine .Total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 88 .10% 、80 .95% respective‐ly .Conclusion：Grain‐shaped moxibustion can obviously improve the clinical curative effect of insomnia due to disharmony between the heart and kidney .
