摘　　要：目的：探讨注射室护士职业暴露的风险因素及防护措施。方法：回顾性分析我院注射室2014年1月至10月间临床资料，总结护士职业暴露存在的风险因素及防护措施。结果：护士职业暴露存在的风险因素有物理性因素、化学性因素及生物性因素。结论：规范化管理措施能够显著降低医务人员的职业暴露发生率。Objective：To explore the risk factors of injection room nurse occupation exposure and protection measures. Methods：Retrospective analysis of our hospital in injection room in 2014 1-10 month clinical data, summarize the presence of risk factors of nurse occupation exposure and protection measures.Results：Nurse occupation exposure risk factors there are physical factors, chemical factors and biological.Conclusion： Standardized management measures can significantly reduce the incidence of medical personnel occupation exposure.
