穴位埋线配合运动疗法治疗非特异性下腰痛临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线配合运动疗法治疗非特异性下腰痛患者的疗效。方法:将60名患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(A组)和对照组(B组),每组30例。A组采用穴位埋线及运动疗法治疗;B组采用中频治疗。分别在治疗前和治疗1个疗程后、治疗3月后对两组患者采用视觉模拟评分(VAS),以及Oswestry失能问卷进行评分。结果:治疗后,两组VAS及Oswestry评分均下降(P<0.01)。A组VAS指数下降明显大于B组,两组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);A组Oswestry指数下降亦明显大于B组(P<0.01)。3个月后随访,A组疗效稳定,B组有反弹现象,Oswestry指数较治疗后升高(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线配合运动疗法治疗非特异性下腰痛疗效显著,且远期疗效稳定。Objective：To observe the clinical effect on nonspecific low back pain by catgut embedment com-bined with kinesitherapy.Methods：60 cases were divided into group A and B according to the random number table.Each group had 30 cases.Catgut embedment in acupoint and kinesitherapy were applied in group A;while all the cases in group B received the ultrasonic-medium frequency therapy.VAS and Oswestry question-naire were used in two groups before treatment,after one therapeutic course and after three months.Results：Both VAS and Oswestry decreased in two groups（P〈0.01）.In group A VAS decreased more obviously than that in group B,and there was a significant difference （ P 〈0.01 ）; Oswestry decreased more significantly in group A than that in group B（ P〈0.01） .After 3 months of follow-up, group A had a stable efficacy, while group B had the recurrent phenomenon.Oswestry increased after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Catgut em-bedment combined with kinesitherapy has a significant efficacy and has a long-term effect on nonspecific low back pain.
