针药结合对寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症大鼠的镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨少腹逐瘀汤结合针刺对子宫内膜异位症(EMs)大鼠模型的镇痛作用。方法:采用宫缩素诱发疼痛的方法,以阿司匹林为对照组,观察针药结合对大鼠缩宫素所致疼痛的影响;采用大鼠自体移植法和冰水浴法建立寒凝血瘀型EMs模型,采用宫缩素诱发疼痛的方法,以达那唑为对照组,观察针药结合组对模型大鼠的镇痛作用及对血浆中TXB2和6-Ke To-PGF1α的影响。结果:针药结合组对宫缩素诱发疼痛镇痛作用明显高于单纯中药干预组(P<0.05),与阿司匹林组比较无显著差异(P>0.05);针药结合组对模型大鼠的镇痛作用显著高于单纯中药干预组和达那唑组(P<0.05);针药结合组能够明显降低血浆中TXB2水平,与单纯中药干预组和达那唑组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:少腹逐瘀汤结合针刺对EMs大鼠模型有明显的镇痛作用,且效果明显优于单纯中药干预,其镇痛作用可能是对TXB2的调节。Objective：To explore the effect of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture on endome-triosis （ EMs） in the rat models of analgesic action.Methods：Use the method of contractions to induce pain and use aspirin for the control group,in order to observe the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on rats＇pain induced by oxytocin;allogeneic transplants of rats and ice water bath method were used to establish EMs Han-Ning blood stasis syndrome models, using the method of contractions to induce pain.Use danazol for the control group.Observe the combination of acupuncture with medicine group and the control group on the model rats of analgesic action, as well as the influence of TXB2 and 6-KeTo-PGF1αin plasma.Results：The effica-cy of combination of acupuncture with medicine group of the contractions to induce pain analgesic action was significantly better than that of the pure Chinese medicine intervention group（ P〈0.05） ,but there was no sig-nificant difference compared with that of aspirin group（P〉0.05）.Analgesic effects of the combination of acu-puncture with medicine on model rats were better than those of pure Chinese medicine intervention and danazol （ P〈0.05）;combination of acupuncture with medicine could obviously decrease the plasma TXB2 in elevated plasma levels,compared with pure Chinese medicine intervention and danazol,and it had a significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture has an obviously analgesic action to EMs rat models,and the effect is better than pure Chinese medicine intervention.Its analgesic effect may be related to the regulation of TXB2 .
