风险社会视野中的女大学生就业难问题浅析

摘　　要：大学生就业问题在近些年已经引起了学界与社会的广泛关注,而女大学生就业难问题更加突出。文章从风险社会的理论视角探讨女大学生就业难的风险后果,从风险分配的角度探讨女大学生就业难的成因,并从个体、群体与社会的层面寻求积极有效的解决策略,以期对改善女大学生就业难的困境提出有效建议。College students＇ employment in recent years has become a prominent social problem, which has drawn a wide attention from the academic world and the society. It is influenced by various factors. The female university students＇ employment is even more difficult. Therefore, the paper tries to discuss the logic of risk distribution and its features of female college students＇ employment from the perspective of risk sociology. And the paper tries to further analyze risk consequences brought by female university students＇ difficult employment. Finally it tries to put forward positive strategies, with the hope of making some contribution to the phenomenon of the difficult employment of female college students.
