摘　　要：负债发展是一种重要的社会发展手段,中国高校作为独立的事业法人负债发展已经有10多年时间,期间虽出现了一些问题,但积极性影响是显著的,主要体现在中国高校通过负债运营实现了国家高等教育大众化战略,推进了民族社会经济的发展,也实现了高校自身的跨越式发展。Business enterprise liability is an important means of social development. As independent institutional legal persons, universities and colleges of China have been running with financial liabilities for more than a decade, during which some problems have appeared confronting the schools. Nevertheless, the positive effects are prominent, which mainly reflect in the following aspects ： China has realized the strategy of national higher education massification, the national social economy has been advanced drastically, and meanwhile universities and colleges themselves have achieved the leapfrog development.
