应用型高校英语人才培养模式与实施策略——以蚌埠学院英语专业为例

摘　　要：围绕应用型人才培养这个目标进行英语教学改革,落实专业理论知识与行业标准对接的人才培养方案,从英语专业学科主题与行业知识的横向交叉点展开英语实践教学活动,建立并逐步推进课堂实践教学、校内实践活动与校外实习实训一体的"对接式"应用型人才培养模式,加强实践平台的有效管理,自主开发专业对口的实践教学资源,组织学生形成团队,发现问题、创造性地解决实际问题并实现学习成果的应用价值已经成为应用型本科高校英语专业实现理论与实践并重的人才培养模式值得借鉴的经验。Focusing on the practical talents training, it has turned out to be the experience worth of learning from for the English major to achieve the goal of the talents training program both theoretically and practically by means of reforming English teaching methods, carrying out the talents training program with the subjects in English major integrated with the corresponding occupation standards, performing practical English teaching extending from the lateral joint of the subject in English major and other professional knowledge, establishing and increasingly propelling the practical talents training models with the integration of the practical English teaching in class, the practical activities within campus and the occupational training program outside the campus, effectively strengthening the management of the practical training process, developing independently the practical teaching materials related to the corresponding courses and organizing students＇ learning teams to discover practical problems, creatively solve them and implement the applied values of the learning achievements.
