32例慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者应用无创呼吸机的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析无创呼吸机在慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法 64例慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,各32例。对照组采用常规治疗模式,试验组在对照组的基础上加用无创呼吸机治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机在慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者中具有良好的临床疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of non-invasive ventilator for patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 64 patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment model, while the experimental group received additional non-invasive ventilator for treatment. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.75%, which was obviously higher than 75.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Non-invasive ventilator has precisely clinical effect for patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure, and it is worthy of clinical application.
