公共图书馆标准文献服务与中小企业信息需求的对接探索——基于上海图书馆的实践

摘　　要：通过发放读者标准文献利用调查表以及统计分析历年文献服务数据,分析了图书馆标准文献服务的现状,阐述了在当前的科技创新中标准文献是图书馆服务读者的核心文献之一,论证了图书馆提供的标准文献在中小企业创新和改革过程中发挥的重要作用,指出要实现公共图书馆标准文献服务与中小企业需求的对接,必须打破原来的采购模式和服务方式,建立一套全新的既满足市场需求又适合图书馆业务的运作体系。Through the distribution of the questionnaires about readers＇ utilization of standard literature and the statistical analysis on historical literature service data, this paper analyzes the status quo of library＇s standard literature services, expounds that the standard literature is one of the core literatures for library to serve readers in current sci-teeh innovation, demonstrates the important role of the standard literature provided by the library in the innovation and reform of small and medium-sized enterprises, and points out that in order to realize the connection of public library＇s standard literature services and small and medium-sized enterprises＇ information demands, the public library must break the original acquisition mode and service mode, and establish a new set of operation system that not only meets the market demand but also adapts to the library business.
