摘　　要：重庆市利用计算机网络、软件及数据库技术,充分整合了全市公共图书馆现有文献信息资源、人员及设备,建设了以重庆图书馆为中心、覆盖主城区公共图书馆的图书借还系统,此后将逐步向基层图书室延伸,构建市、区县、街道(镇)/社区(村)三级图书借还服务网络,并向远郊区县提供业务系统安装使用支持,以此方便读者借还,提升图书使用效率,提高公共图书馆服务质量。介绍了重庆市公共图书馆图书通借通还项目的实施情况,针对项目实施过程中存在的主要问题提出了应对措施,并且指明了项目后续将要开展的工作。By using computer network, software and database technology, Chongqing City has fully integrated the existing literature information resources, personnel and equipment of the whole city＇s public libraries, established a circulation system taking Chongqing Library as the center and covering the public libraries in the main urban area, and then will gradually extend to the grass-roots libraries, build a 3-level books circulation service network of city, county and community, and provide the install and use support for suburban districts＇ service system to make it easier for readers to borrow and return books, increase books＇ service efficiency, and improve public library＇s service quality. This paper introduces the implementation status of interlibrary circulation project of Chongqing City＇ s public libraries, and in the light of the problems existing in the process of project implementation, puts forward some coping measures, and points out the subsequent works of the project.
