摘　　要：分析了公共图书馆读者减少的原因,提出了通过改进服务方式充分发挥公共图书馆在全民阅读中的作用的建议。This paper analyzes the reasons of readers＇ reduction in public library, and puts forward the suggestion on giving full play to the functions of public library in nationwide reading through improving the service mode.
