摘　　要：结合天津市滨海新区"滨海科技信息服务平台"项目建设需求,从资源整合范围、跨库检索功能、用户增值服务功能等角度,对万方、超星、同方等国内3家技术服务商的科技信息服务平台建设系统进行了对比分析。Connecting with the demands of the project construction of ＂Tianjin Binhai New Area＇s sci-tech information service platform＂, and from aspects of resources integration scope, cross-database retrieval function, and users＇ value- added service function, etc., this paper carried out a comparative study on the construction systems of the information service platform provided by three domestic technological facilitators including Wanfang, Superstar and Tong＇fang.
