摘　　要：在大数据背景下,数据类型更加丰富,用户的知识和信息需求更加多样化。提出了一种在大数据环境下解决用户需求的决策支持系统(SODSS),在此基础上讨论了数据服务与信息服务,分析了服务模块的运作流程,指出这一系统模型有助于图书馆等信息服务机构向企业组织等用户提供更丰富、更深层次的知识服务。In the context of big data, the type of data is richer, the user＇s knowledge and information need is more diversified. This paper puts forward a decision support system of SODSS （service-oriented decision support systems）to meet the needs of users in a big data environment, and on this basis, discusses the data services and information services, and analyzes the operational processes of the services module, are points out that this system model can help libraries and other information service organizations to provide richer, deeper knowledge services for enterprise organizations and other users.
