摘　　要：通过检索Web of Knowledge网站中的SCI-EXPANDED数据库,对我国学术论文的流失现状进行了分析,探讨了优质稿源流失问题的根源,并从3个方面提出了具体对策。This paper analyzes the current situation of the loss of academic papers in China by retrieving SCI- EXPANDED database of Web of Knowledge, probes into the root of this problem, and puts forward some coping strategies from three aspects.
