摘  要:基于双CAN控制器的LPC 4357,设计一种新型袜机选针器CAN通讯硬件电路.首先根据系统要求分析选用双CAN通讯的缘由,然后根据上位机及下位机驱动硬件整体布局及接线模式,设计并实现了基于FPGA、CAN控制器和收发器的硬件电路设计,最后分析影响CAN总线通讯可靠性的因素,并提出改进方案.实践证明,该硬件电路具有接线简单、稳定性好、实时性强等优点.On the basis of dual-CAN controller LPC 4357, CAN communication hardware circuit of new socks machine is designed. Firstly, the reason of selecting dual-CAN is discussed. Then, according to the overall layout of upper and lower monitors' hardware driver and wiring mode, hardware circuit was designed and implemented based on FPGA, CAN controller and transmitter. Finally the factors affecting the CAN bus communication reliability is analyzed, and the improvement plan is put forward. The practice proves that the hardware circuit has the advantage of simpler interface, higher stability and better real-time performance.
