摘　　要：DCS系统是各种工业应用中的主要控制系统,对系统的可靠性性要求很高,通常在系统出厂前都要进行DCS系统的工程测试。常规的工程测试无法满足信号的多样性输入输出处理和闭环测试等,且测试效率低,因此设计开发全功能测试台,可用于DCS系统的工程测试,并实现DCS系统的闭环测试,从而提高工程测试效率和测试质量。该全功能测试台在ECS-700系统中得到了成功应用。DCS system is a variety of industriaI appIications in the main controI system,the system reIiabiIity requirements is very high,typicaI y in the factory before going to DCS systems engineering test.The conventionaI engineering test can not meet the diversity signaIs input and output processing and cIosed Ioop test,and the test efficiency is Iow,so the design and de-veIopment of entire function test tabIe,can be used in DCS systems engineering testing,and impIementation of DCS system cIosed Ioop testing, thereby improving the test efficiency and test quaIity engineering.The entire function test tabIe in ECS-700 system has been successfuI y appIied.
