摘　　要：介绍了用西门子S7-200 PLC实现炉温模糊PID控制的方法,设计了热电偶检定炉温度自动控制系统。对炉温对象进行了特性分析,详细介绍了用PLC实现模糊PID控制器的方法,设计了模糊PID控制器并进行了试验。结果表明,用PLC实现的模糊PID控制器简单实用,控制精度高,稳定时间短,能满足热电偶检定要求。This paper introduces the use of SIEMENS S7-200 PLC to reaIize temperature fuzzy PID controI method,the design of automatic controI system of temperature of thermocoupIe verification furnace.This paper anaIyzes the characteristics of tem-perature object,introduces the reaIization method of fuzzy PID controI er using PLC,a fuzzy PID controI er is designed and tested.The resuIts show that the fuzzy PID controI er with PLC is simpIe and practicaI,high controI accuracy,stabiIity in short time,and can meet the requirements of the thermocoupIe caIibration.
