摘　　要：介绍了利用通讯管理机和监控软件对工厂能源消耗方面的数据采集与监控。通过Profibus现场总线采集现场层智能仪表数据,并传送给上位机监控软件,利用软件对主要生产设备的进行能耗分析,合理安排生产计划,降低单位产品能源消耗,提高经济效益。This paper introduces factory machine energy consumption＇ s data coI ection and monitoring by communications man-agement and monitoring software.CoI ect inteI igent instrument data by profibus cabIe,and send it to PC monitoring software. Through the energy anaIysis of the main production equipment,reasonabIe arrangements for production pIanning,reduce en-ergy consumption per unit of product,and increase economic efficiency.
