摘  要:考察了发动机缸套铸铁材料在甲醇和M15甲醇汽油中的腐蚀情况,将M15甲醇汽油燃烧产物甲醛和甲酸分别添加到润滑油中并研究其对缸套铸铁材料腐蚀的影响规律。采用腐蚀速率和表面形貌对铸铁腐蚀进行了表征。研究结果表明:甲醇不腐蚀缸套铸铁材料;M15甲醇汽油对缸套铸铁材料的腐蚀性较弱;当润滑油中甲醛体积分数为0.1%~2.0%时,铸铁出现明显的腐蚀,在甲醛体积分数为1.5%时腐蚀速率达到最大值0.538 6;当润滑油中甲酸体积分数为0.01%~0.3%时,其对铸铁的腐蚀速率随甲酸含量的增加而呈现出先增后降的趋势,在甲酸体积分数为0.02%时腐蚀速率达到最大值0.912 2;由于甲醛和甲酸混入润滑油中,导致使用甲醇汽油后发动机缸套铸铁材料出现了异常的腐蚀磨损现象。The corrosion behavior of cast iron by methanol and M15 methanol - based gasoline was investigated. The formaldehyde and formic acid of methanol gasoline combustion products were added into the lubricating oil to study its effect on the corrosion behavior of east iron materials. The corrosion rate was characterized and surface morphology was observed by optical microscope to characterize the corrosion behavior of cast iron. The results show that the methanol does not corrode cast iron and the corrosion behavior of cast iron material is not obvious in M15 methanol - based gasoline. The corrosion behaviors of cast iron become obvious with O. 1% to 2.0% of formaldehyde content in lubrication oil, and the corrosion rate reaches maximum 0.5386 when the formaldehyde content reaches 1.5%. The corrosion rate of cast iron increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of formic acid content from 0.01% to 0.3% in lubrication oil, and the corrosion rate reaches maximum 0. 9122 at the formic acid content of 0.02%. The cast iron materials of engine cylinder are corroded obviously by lubricating oil with the mixed formaldehyde and formic acid during the application of gasoline engine.
