摘　　要：对既有建筑进行绿色化改造是解决目前既有建筑能耗高、宜居性差等问题的重要方法。以2013年在中国举行的国际太阳能十项全能竞赛(SDC2013)中澳大利亚队的参赛作品为例,通过对建筑的安全性能、适用性能、节能性能及环境性能等方面绿色化改造途径的解析,阐释如何运用科学技术实现既有建筑改造的绿色化目标。Green renovation is an important method to solve the problems of high energy consumption and poor livability in existing buildings. With the example of the Team UOW House of the Solar Decathlon China 2013, this article analyzes its green renovation approaches with respect to its safety, application, energy-saving and environmental performance, and illustrates how to realize the green objectives in the renovation of the existing building through scientific technologies.
