378例流动人口产后妇女的避孕状况及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的调查北京市海淀区西三旗地区流动人口产后妇女的避孕现况和对避孕知识的知晓情况,分析其避孕知晓的影响因素,为探索适合该人群的避孕健康宣教提供依据。方法选取西三旗地区378名产后1.0-1.5 a的妇女为研究对象,采用自编问卷对产后妇女避孕现况和避孕知晓情况进行调查。结果产后妇女首次性生活的避孕率为93.7%,产后避孕率为84.7%;产后意外妊娠率为6.9%。目前采取的避孕方式以避孕套为主,占88.8%。产后妇女避孕知识平均得分（48.64±16.62）分,低于60分者占71.96%。多元逐步回归分析显示,产后妇女避孕知识总分与受教育程度和年龄呈正相关,受教育程度越高,年龄越大,避孕知识得分越高。结论西三旗地区流动人口产后妇女意外妊娠率偏高;该群体避孕知识贫乏且知识掌握不均衡,并受其年龄和受教育程度的影响。[ Objective ] To investigate the status of contraception and contraceptive knowledge among the postpartum women of floating population in Xisanqi Region of Haidian District of Beijing City, to analyze the influencing factors of contraception awareness, and provide evidence for exploring health education mode suitable for this group. [Methods] A total of 378 postpartum women who had given birth for 1-1.5 years were chosen as the research objects, and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate their status of contraception and the contraceptive knowledge. [ Results ] The contraceptive rate of the first sexual life after birth was 93.7%, and the postpartum contraceptive rate was 84.7%, and the postpartum unintended pregnancy rate was 6.9%. Using condoms, which was the most popular way for contraception, with a utilization rate 88.8%. The average score of contraceptive knowledge of postpartum women was （48.64±16.62）. The people with score lower than 60 accounted for 71.96%. According to multiple stepwise regression analysis, the contraceptive knowledge score of postpartum women was positively correlated with the level of education and age. The postpartum women with higher level of education and age always got higher contraceptive knowledge score. [ Conclusion] The postpartum unintended pregnancy rate of the floating population in Haidian District Xisanqi Region is higher than the normal level These women are lack of contraceptive knowledge, which is mastered unbalanced among them due to their education level and age.
