腹部创伤患者术后感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究腹部创伤手术术后感染患者的治疗过程和方法 ,总结出腹部创伤手术术后感染的治疗经验并进行推广应用。方法选取创伤外科2006-2014年行腹部创伤手术治疗的患者150例,对发生术后感染的23例患者临床治疗过程进行研究,总结治疗经验及治疗效果,统计分析腹部创伤术后患者的感染率及感染部位分布,采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果 150例腹部创伤手术患者中发生感染23例,感染率为15.33%;感染部位以切口感染为主,占56.5%,其次为腹腔感染、腹膜后感染,分别占26.1%、17.4%;23例术后感染患者经治疗后,治愈22例,治愈率为95.7%,1例由于重型颅脑损伤死亡。结论腹部创伤患者术后感染率较高,采用体格检查以及CT检查等方法对患者的各项身体指标进行跟踪观察,尽早发现患者的感染部位以及感染程度,对于感染的治疗很有必要;采用穿刺引流术等方法治疗腹部创伤手术术后感染,有很好的治疗效果,治愈率高,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To study the treatment processes and measures of postoperative infections in patients with abdominal trauma so as to promote the empirical treatment of the postoperative infections in the abdominal trauma patients .METHODS A total of 150 abdominal trauma patients who received surgical procedures in the trauma sur‐gery department from 2006 to 2014 were enrolled in the study .The clinical treatment processes of 23 patients with postoperative infections were observed ,the experience of treatment was summarized ,the curative effect was ana‐lyzed ,the incidence of postoperative infections and the distribution of infection sites were statistically analyzed , and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS software .RESULTS The infections occurred in 23 of 150 abdominal trauma patients with the infection rate of 15 .33% ,of whom 56 .5% had the incision infections , 26 .1% had the abdominal infections ,and 17 .4% had the retroperitoneal infections .Totally 22 of 23 patients with postoperative infections were cured after the treatment ,with the cure rate of 95 .7% ,and 1 case died of severe craniocerebral injury .CONCLUSION The incidence of the postoperative infections is high in the patients with ab‐dominal trauma .It is necessary for the treatment of infections to trace and observe the body indicators through physical examination and CT examination and try to define the infection sites and infection degree as early as possi‐ble .T he use of puncture drainage can achieve significant curative effect on treatment of postoperative infections in the patients with abdominal trauma ,with the cure rate high ,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital .
