不育不孕症患者术前病毒感染调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解不育不孕症患者术前病毒感染状况,并探讨检测术前4项在不孕不育患者中的临床意义。方法选取2010年1月-2012年12月医院进行侵入性治疗的不孕不育患者4 935例,术前采用ELISA法对所有患者的乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)、艾滋病抗体(抗HIVⅠ/Ⅱ型)、丙型肝炎抗体(抗HCV)以及梅毒抗体(TP-AB)进行检测,并分析患者的病毒感染情况。结果不育不孕症患者中HBsAg检测阳性率为8.67%,其中男性9.00%,女性8.33%;HCV抗体检测阳性率为0.26%,其中男性0.28%,女性0.25%;TP-AB检测阳性率为2.94%,其中男性1.78%,女性4.16%;HIV抗体的检测阳性率为0;2010-2012年患者的HBsAg、抗HCV、抗HIVⅠ/Ⅱ型及TP-AB的阳性率比较差异无统计学意义,但TP-AB的感染率呈不断上升趋势。结论对不孕不育患者进行治疗前有效检测术前4项对其预防感染、及时治疗以及减少医疗纠纷具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To understand the prevalence of preoperative viral infections in the infertility patients and explore the clinical significance of detection of preoperative four markers of the infertility patients .METHODS A total of 4 935 infertility patients who received preoperative invasive treatment from Jan 2010 to Dec 2012 were en‐rolled in the study ,then the hepatitis B surface antigen （HBsAg） ,HIV antibody （type anti‐HIV Ⅰ /Ⅱ） ,hepati‐tis C antibody （anti‐HCV） ,and syphilis antibody （TP‐AB） of all the patients were detected before the surgery by using ELISA ,and the prevalence of viral infections was analyzed .RESULTS The positive rate of detection of HB‐sAg was 8 .67% in the infertility patients ,9 .00% in the male patients ,8 .33% in the female patients .The positive rate of detection of HCV antibody was 0 .26% ,0 .28% in the male patients ,0 .25% in the female patients .The positive rate of detection of TP‐AB was 2 .94% ,1 .78% in the male patients ,4 .16% in the female patients .The positive rate of detection of HIV antibody was 0 .There was no significant difference in the positive rate of HBsAg , anti‐HCV ,type Ⅰ /Ⅱ anti‐HIV ,or TP‐AB of the patients from 2010 to 2012 ,however ,the infection rate of TP‐AB showed an upward trend .CONCLUSION It is of great significance in prevention of infections ,timely treat‐ment ,and decrease of medical dispute to conduct effective detection of preoperative four markers for the infertility patients .
