品管圈在腔镜器械清洗质量持续改进中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在腔镜器械清洗管理中的应用,提高腔镜器械的清洗质量。方法消毒供应中心于2013年10月成立品管圈小组,回顾性调查改善前1 311件腔镜器械的清洗质量,分析不合格的原因,确定需重点解决的问题拟定对策,采用PDCA循环法实施对策并进行清洗质量持续改进,通过调查改善后1 437件腔镜器械的清洗质量,与改善前进行比较并计算达标率,进行效果确认。结果改善前调查腔镜器械1 311件,清洗合格847件,合格率64.61%;改善后调查1 437件,合格1 315件,合格率91.51%,改善前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),品管圈达标率为110.47%。结论品管圈的运用显著提高了腔镜器械的清洗合格率,促进了清洗质量的持续改进。OBJECTIVE To explore the application of quality control circle （QCC） in cleaning of the laparoscopic surgical instruments so as to improve the cleaning quality of the laparoscopic surgical instruments .METHODS The QCC team was established in central sterile supply department in Oct ,2013 ;before the improvement ,the cleaning quality of 1 311 laparoscopic surgical instruments was retrospectively investigated ,the causes of the unqualified cleaning were analyzed so as to propose solutions .The continuous cleaning quality improvement was carried out by using PDCA cycle method;the cleaning quality of 1 437 laparoscopic surgical instruments was investigated after the improvement .The qualified rate was observed and compared ,and the effect was confirmed .RESULTS Of 1 311 laparoscopic surgical instruments investigated before the improvement ,847 were qualified for the cleaning ,with the qualified rate of 64 .61% .Of 1 437 laparoscopic surgical instruments investigated after the improvement ,1 315 were qualified ,with the qualified rate of 91 .51% ,and there was significant difference （P〈0 .05） .The compli‐ance rate of the QCC was 110 .47% .CONCLUSION The application of the QCC has remarkably raised the qualified rate of cleaning of the laparoscopic surgical instruments and has facilitated the continuous improvement of cleaning quality .
