摘 要:为探讨蔬菜不同区域和种植模式对土壤质量的影响,对贵州省高、中、低不同海拔区域的蔬菜高效种植模式的土壤进行取样,分析测定了土壤微生物区系和酶活性的变化。结果表明,不同区域蔬菜高效种植模式下微生物总数和细菌总数均明显高于传统种植模式,微生物多样性指数也有一定程度提高;磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性不同程度地高于传统模式,过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性比传统模式分对照别提高1.37-1.44和1.51-2.80倍。不同区域蔬菜高效种植模式的应用,一定时期内有利于改善土壤环境质量。To investigate the effects of different vegetable growing regions and planting patterns on soil quality,soils in high,medium and low altitude areas in Guizhou were respectively sampled under different vegetable efficient planting mode,and the variations of microbial flora and enzyme activities were analyzed. The soil microbial count and total bacteria of the vegetable efficient cultivation patterns were significantly higher than that of the control( traditional planting model) in each planting area,the biodiversity index was also improved to varying degrees. The soil phosphatase,catalase and urease activity of the vegetable efficient planting modes were higher than that of the control. The soil catalase and urease activity were higher than that of the control by 1. 37-1. 44 and 1. 51-2. 80 times. Application of vegetable efficient planting modes in different regions will help to improve the soil quality in a given period.
