赤星病抗源叶片衰老期丙二醛含量和保护酶活性变化研究

摘  要:以烟草赤星病抗源为材料,分析了不同品种在叶片成熟衰老过程中的丙二醛含量和保护酶活性变化。结果表明,叶片衰老成熟期间,抗病品种,中抗品种和感病品种的丙二醛含量、SOD活性都呈升高趋势,感病品种的MDA含量和SOD活性升高幅度大于中抗品种和抗病品种;POD、PAL活性4个品种的变化趋势一致,叶片衰老后期感病和中抗品种的POD活性降幅显著高于抗病品种,而抗病品种的PAL活性始终高于中抗品种和感病品种;CAT活性感病品种比抗病品种升高幅度大且峰值出现更早,可能CAT活性变化与烟草赤星病抗源抗病性启动有关。抗病品种病情指数与SOD、POD、CAT和PAL活性呈正相关关系,中抗和感病品种病情指数与CAT活性呈负相关关系,与其他保护酶活性呈正相关关系。By using alternaria alternata antigens as materials,the content of MDA and SOD,CAT and POD and PAL activities in leaf senescence were analyzed. The results showed that the content of MDA and activities of SOD were promoted,and there were higher activities in MDA and SOD in the susceptible variety compared with the resistant in the leaf senescence. Although the POD and PAL activities of the four varieties generally presented a similar tendency in their senescence,POD activities of susceptible variety fell significantly higher compared with the resistant,there were higher activities in PAL in the resistant cultivar comparing with the susceptible. The activities of CAT changed earlier in susceptible than in resistant in the leaf senescence,indicating the relationship to triggering resistant response to infection. Activities of SOD and POD and CAT and PAL had a positive correlation with disease index of resistance activities. However,activity of CAT had a negative correlation with disease index of susceptible variety.
