摘 要:以番茄为材料,研究了丁香酚和吗胍·铜对不同温度处理下、不同季节种植模式下番茄黄化曲叶病毒病(TY)的防治效果以及番茄生物量、蛋白质含量、硝酸盐含量、Vc含量和可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明,在不同温度处理下,丁香酚对TY的防治效果均显著大于吗胍·铜处理下的防效,其中以28℃时的防效最高,同时发现病情指数在28℃时也是最高,显著大于20和35℃下的病情指数;在不同季节种植模式下,丁香酚对TY的防治效果均显著大于吗胍·铜处理下的防效,其中以秋延番茄保护地中丁香酚对TY的防效最好;在早春番茄保护地种植模式下,生物量、蛋白质含量、Vc含量和可溶性糖含量的变化趋势相似,丁香酚和吗胍·铜处理均显著大于对照,且丁香酚处理显著大于吗胍·铜处理,但丁香酚和吗胍·铜处理均可显著降低番茄中硝酸盐含量;秋延番茄保护地种植模式下,生物量和蛋白质含量的变化趋势相似,Vc含量和可溶性糖含量的变化趋势相似。由此说明丁香酚可以有效的防治番茄TY,且可以提高番茄产量,改善品质。The seedlings of tomato were handled by eugenol and moroxydine hydrochloride-cupric acetate. The effects of eugenol and moroxydine hydrochloride-cupric acetate on the control efficiency of Toamtos Yellows Leaf Curl Virus( TY),protein content,nitrate content,Vitamin C content and soluble sugar content in tomato were studied in this paper. The results showed that all the control efficiency of eugenol on TY were significantly greater than the moroxydine hydrochloride-cupric acetate under the different temperature treatments. Especially,the control efficiency in 28 ℃ was best. Meanwhile,it was found that the disease index in 28 ℃ was higher than the 20 and 35 ℃.In the planting mode of different seasons,all the control efficiency of eugenol on TY were significantly greater than the moroxydine hydrochloride-cupric acetate. Especially,the control efficiency in the autumn of tomato protected field was best. The biomass,protein content,Vitamin C content and soluble sugar content had the same trend in summer of tomato protected field. All the treatments of eugenol and moroxydine hydrochloride-cupric acetate significantly increased compared with the control. At the same time,it was found that the treatments of eugenol were higher than the treatments of moroxydine hydrochloride-cupric acetate. However,all the treatments of eugenol and moroxydine hydrochloride-cupric acetate significantly reduced the nitrate content in tomato. In the autumn of tomato protected field,the biomass and protein content had the same trend. Vitamin C content and soluble sugar content had the same trend. All the results suggested that eugenol can prevent and control TY effectively,and promote yield and improve quality of tomato.
