摘 要:在内蒙古阿拉善盟乌兰布和沙漠边缘地区进行了不同类型盐渍对巨菌草生物学特性影响的试验研究。结果表明,随着盐渍地含沙量的增加,巨菌草植株出苗率和成苗率显著增大(P<0.05),对植株分蘖数、叶片数、叶宽、叶长影响显著(P<0.05),但对植株高度影响不明显。盐渍地含沙量越多,土质越疏松;巨菌草根系越发达,地下部分生物量也越大,但土壤漏水漏肥现象也越严重,导致地上部分生物量较小。结果显示,巨菌草对盐渍地具有一定的适应能力,这为以后利用巨菌草改良盐渍地提供了一定的科学依据。In this trail,the effects of different salt-affected soils on the biological characteristics of Pennisetum sp. at the edge of Ulanbuh desert in Alax prefecture of Inner Mongolia were studied. The results showed that: The germination rate and seedling rate of Pennisetum sp.significantly increased with the growing of sand content of salt-affected soils( P 0. 05),and there were significant effects on the tiller of plant,the amount,width and length of leaf( P 0. 05),but not on the height of plant. The higher the sand content of salt-affected soils was,the looser the soil was; The more the root system of Pennisetum sp. developed,the more the number of creature underground increased,but there were serious soil and fertilizer loosing,which cause the less number of creature on ground. The result indicated that Pennisetum sp.had a certain adaptive ability on salt-affected soils,which provided a scientific basis for the future use of Pennisetum sp. in improving salt-affected soils.
