摘 要:本文在分析历年气候资料变化基础上,用氨基酸自动分析仪分别对冬虫夏草,虫体及子座进行氨基酸含量测定,并对冬虫夏草不同部位的氨基酸含量进行对比分析。结果表明,冬虫夏草、虫体、子座的氨基酸含量差别显著,且生态环境对冬虫夏草氨基酸含量具有显著影响,本研究为根据生态因子判别冬虫夏草氨基酸含量提供参考依据。In this paper,based on the climatic data of past years,the amino acid contents of O. sinensis,polypide and stroma were measured with amino acid analyzer,and the amino acid contents of different parts of O. sinensis were comparatively studied. The result showed that the amino acid contents among O. sinensis,polypide and stroma had significant differences,meanwhile the ecological factors had a significant effect on O. sinensis. This research would provide a reference for the amino acid contents of O. sinensis by using the ecological factors.
