摘  要:采用黄原胶-变性淀粉造粒法对茶叶粉末进行包埋固定化,制成的茶叶包埋颗粒填装到过滤腔中制得茶叶包埋颗粒过滤器。使用该过滤器抽吸卷烟,进行感官质量评价,并对烟气常规成分及化学成分进行检测分析。评吸结果表明,茶叶包埋颗粒可有效降低刺激性,增加香气量并赋予卷烟独特的茶香,显著改善了卷烟的吸食品质;GC-MC分析结果表明,与空白对照样相比,烟气总粒相物和焦油量有所降低;烟气中致香成分、增加烟气浓度及醇和烟气的成分均有不同程度的增加,如棕榈酸在30%烟样、70%烟样中的含量分别增加了32.27%、48.22%;某些酚类等有害物质含量也有所减少,如2,6-二甲基苯酚在30%烟样、50%烟样、70%烟样中的含量分别降低了56.67%、59.98%、64.14%。This article adopted prilling method to make tea embedding particles by imbedding the tea powder,using the cigarette holder which used these particles as filter material to smoke to assess the smoking quality and investigate the conventional ingredients and chemical components of mainstream smoke. The sensory taste results indicated that the smoking quality of cigarette was obviously improved as the tea embedding particles could decrease irritancy,enhance cigarette flavor and give the cigarette unique tea flavor. Compared with the blank control sample,GC-MC result showed that total particulate matter( TPM) and tar were decreased respectively. The flavor,enhancing smoke concentration and mellowing smoke components were increased in different degrees,such as n-Hexadecanoic acid were increased 32. 27 %,48.22 % in 30 % cigarette samples and 70 % cigarette samples respectively,while the harmful components decreased significantly,such as 2,6-dimethyl-Phenol were reduced 56. 67 %,59. 98 %,64. 14 % in 30 %,50 %,70 % cigarette samples,respectively.
