摘　　要：对经济法本位的研究是经济法哲学本体论研究的核心内容,它能确立经济法哲学的逻辑起点和立法取向。在辨析"本位"、"法本位"的基本范畴基础上,通过对经济法本位具有代表性观点的介绍与评述,阐释社会责任是经济法哲学的逻辑起点,提炼社会责任本位下的相关经济立法实践,论证社会责任本位是现代经济法的本位。The study of the economic law standard is the core content of the economic law philosophy ontology research, which can establish the logical starting point and the legislative orientation of economic law philosophy. the analysis of ＂standard＂, ＂law standard＂ on the basis of the basic category, through the introduction and review of the representative point of view of economic law standard, social responsibility being the logical starting point of the economic law philosophy is interpreted, related legislation practice economy under the social responsibility standard is refined, social responsibility standard being the standard of modem economic law is demonstrated.
