摘　　要：从德州学院专业建设的实践出发,探讨地方高校转型背景下,人文地理与城乡规划专业应用型人才培养方案构建的思路、培养目标的定位、课程体系的设计等问题,为地方本科院校专业建设提供参考.Starting from the practice of major construction in Dezhou University,under the background of local undergraduate college transformation,the questions about the thinking of application talent training scheme of human geography and urban and rural planning major are discussed.
