病案教学在口腔组织病理学实验教学中的探索

摘　　要：目的:评价在口腔组织病理学实验教学中采用病案教学的效果。方法:择2010级、2011级口腔专业学生为试点班1、试点班2,对照班为2009级学生,实验课分别进行病案教学和传统教学,比较各组实验成绩,并进行认可度问卷调查。结果:试点班1、试点班2的实验成绩均明显高于对照班(P<0.05),问卷调查满意度高。结论:病案教学适宜应用于口腔组织病理学实验教学,学生和教师综合素质都得以增强。Objective： To evaluate the effect of case-based learning in the oral histopathology clinical teaching. Methods： This study used the grade 2010 and grade 2011 oral professional students as experimental groupl and group2, and the grade 2009 as the control group. The experimental group adopted case-based learning, while the control group used traditional teaching method. Lab session scores and questionnaires were used to compare the teaching effects of the two groups. Results ： The scores and satisfaction of the exper- imental groupl and group2 were higher than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The medical case analysis method was suitable for application in the oral histopathology clinical teaching, and comprehensive quality of students and teachers were strenathened.
