烧结工艺合理使用粗粒级低质矿的研究

摘  要:对武钢使用3种粗粒级低质铁矿的常温和高温烧结性能进行了研究,并比较了3种铁矿粉和生产用混匀矿的烧结液相生成规律和粘结效果。结果表明:依据矿粉的粒度和烧结液相行为能有效指导烧结配矿;配加8%的A粉或B粉有利于改善烧结矿强度(转鼓指数)、煤耗等指标,B粉会降低烧结矿的低温还原粉化性;粗粒级低质矿用量增加会降低烧结矿强度和低温还原粉化率。Normal and high temperature properties of 3 kinds of inferior coarse tractton iron ore used for WISCO were studied. Liquid phase forming regular and bonding effect of the ores during sintering process were investigated and compared with blending ores. Results show that ores blending for sintering could been effectively applied based on the size fractions and sintering liquid phase behavior of iron ores, sinter strength and coal consumption increased when adding 8 % A or B iron ore, RDI decreased when adding 8 % B iron ore, sinter strength and RDI decreased when the proportion of inferior coarse fraction ores increased.
