摘  要:为了控制炼钢过程中钢水的氧、碳含量,研制出高精度测温定碳定氧仪。介绍了该仪器的测量原理和方法,硬件和软件设计,以及主要技术参数。实践结果表明,该仪器可以直接测定转炉炼钢过程中钢水的温度及碳、氧含量,快速提供炼钢过程的实时动态数据,为工艺参数优化提供了可靠的数据,保证了钢水冶炼各工序的精确控制,大大提高了钢材质量,降低了生产成本。To control the content of oxygen and carbon during steelmaking process, high precision temperature measuring oxygen/carbon determining instrument was developed. Measuring principle and methods, hardware and software design, main technical parameters of the instrument were introduced. Practice results show that the instrument can directly measure the temperature, the content of carbon and oxygen in the process of converter steelmaking and quickly provides real-time dynamic data of steelmaking process. It also provides reliable data for process parameters optimization to ensure the precise control in respective processes of molten steel smelting, which has greatly improved steel quality and reduced production cost.
