摘  要:平板式感应加热加热死区的存在,使其不能广泛应用于工业领域.为了研究它的工业应用的潜力,文中对感应加热的核心部件——线圈进行了深入研究.依据经典电磁场理论,研究了线圈的磁场分布特性,先对圆环电流进行研究,计算它的磁场分布,进而对饼式线圈的磁场分布特型进行有限元计算,并与实验采集数据对比后,总结出饼式线圈的磁场分布特性.此特性表明,采用饼式线圈的平板感应加热,板上必然会出现加热死区.因此加热均衡性的实现需要对整个装置进行全方位的改进.以上结论可为平板式感应加热的后续研究提供参考.Because heating type of the fiat plate induction heating has the no heated zone, it is not widely used in industrial areas. In order to research its industrial application potential, the paper focuses on the coil which is the principal component. In the essay, according to the classical electromagnetic theory, distribution of the magnet- ic field induced by coil is the vital object to study. The circular current loop is studied at first. The distribution of its magnetic field is calculated and tested by ANSYS. And then the magnetic field of cake coil is performed by the method of finite element. The distribution is tested and verified by experiment. According to comparing the experi- mental data with the result of ANSYS, the distribution of magnetic field induced by cake coil can be summarized. The characteristic indicates, if cake coil is adopted in the induction heating system, the zone of no heated will must appear in the slab. The conclusion shows that the realization of heating balance must be established on the improve- ment of every factor and component in the system. The results above provide a reference to the further study of fiat plate induction heating.
