摘　　要：通过回顾性评述中国各个历史时期"围城"与"门禁"的兴衰,以及其结构演变与背后的社会变迁;剖析了内向围合式的空间形态与组织模式在中国居住传统中的基因及根植的环境,以及现代门禁社区在中国出现并发展的轨迹;为深入理解与解释中国门禁社区现象提供了结构主义的地方文本范式与话语框架。Through a historical review of the vicissitudes of gated cities, neighborhoods and residential compounds in China with related physical evolution and social change, this paper reveals the origins of the enclosed spatial forms and the context in which the organizational patterns of gated communities are deeply ingrained. It also explores the emergence and development trajectory of gated communities in China, providing a local narrative and a contextual framework for discourse analysis to complicate the understanding of Chinese gated communities.
