基于“微社区”的历史文化街区保护模式研究——从社会空间的视角

摘　　要：对我国历史文化街区社会空间特征进行深入解读,结合地方实践经验,提出基于"微社区"的历史文化街区保护模式,以"微社区"的形式划定街区内的基本社会空间单元,以达到在规划中保护街区居民社会生活的目的。结合广州市和平中历史文化街区保护规划,从街区更新策略、社区组织策略和实施保障策略的角度入手,探讨"微社区"在历史文化街区保护更新中的应用。Combining a close examination of the social and spatial characteristics of historic districts with the experience of local practice, this paper proposes a preservation mode based on the concept of ＂micro-community＂ that aims to preserve the social life of the neighborhood. Taking Hepingzhong historic district of Guangzhou as an example, it explores the application of ＂micro-community＂ in the preservation of historic districts in terms of historic preservation strategies, community organization strategies, and implementation strategies.
