疏血通联合健脾益肾方治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏血通注射液联合健脾补肾方治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法将80例DN患者治疗组42例和对照组38例,均予常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服自拟健脾益肾方与静脉滴注疏血通注射液,对照组仅给予疏血通注射液静脉滴注,4周为一疗程,观察对比两组治疗前后总体疗效、中医症候积分及治疗前后尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)及肾功能指标的变化及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率95.2%,对照组有效率84.3%,治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组患者中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组各项研究指标均降低,但治疗组指标变化更显著(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液联合健脾益肾方治疗DN疗效肯定,安全性较好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shuxuetong injection combined with Jianpi Yishen decoction in treatment of diabetic nephropathy（DN）.Methods 80casesofearlyphasediabeticnephropathypatientsweredividedrandomlyintotwogroups,42inthe therapeutic group and 38 in the control group.Patients in the both groups were given the routine treatment by western medicine.The therapeutic group were added Shuxuetong injection and Jianpi Yishen decotion by intravenously; while the control group were given Shuxuetong injection.After 4 weeks some indices were detected and compared between two groups such as the urinary protein excretion rate , the glycosylated hemoglobin ,the urine protein, TCM syndrome integral change score and clinical effect.Results The total effective of the therapeutic group and the control group were 95.2%and 84.3%respectively which with a significant difference （P〈0.05） ;TCM syndrome integral change score was lower than the control group（ P〈0.05）;the urinary protein excretion rate ,the glycosylated hemoglobin ,the urine protein were all better than the control one （ P 〈0.05 ） .Conclusion The combination therapy shows satisfactory clinical efficacy and security in the treatment of DN.
