摘　　要：卵巢早衰一般归属于中医"闭经"、"血枯"、"不孕"、"月经过少"等范畴,近年来,其发病率有上升趋势,然就本病的中医证型分布特点,尚无统一定论。本文通过对卵巢早衰证型分布相关文献的分析、概括,阐述卵巢早衰证型的分布特点,旨在探究更加权威、标准、规范、统一的中医证型,从而准确无误地辨证论治、提高临床疗效。Premature ovarian failure generally belongs to the Traditional Chinese Medicine of “amenorrhea”, “blood exhaustion”,“infertility”,“hypomenorrhea” etc.The incidence of Premature Ovarian Failure has increased in recent years.However, there was no unified definition about its distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes.By analyzing and summarizing the related literature of distribution of TCM syndromes, the paper expounded distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes of premature ovarian failure, which aimed to explore more authoritive, standard , normative and uniform TCM syndromes, and do syndrome differentiation and treatment precisely, improve clinical efficacy as well.
