摘　　要：外墙渗漏是建筑工程常见的质量缺陷。工程竣工投入使用后，一旦出现渗漏，很难找到源头彻底解决问题。因此，加强施工过程控制尤其关键。本文在分析渗漏形成原因的基础上，提出了预防外墙渗漏的施工方法及控制措施。Wall leakage is common quality defects of the con-struction project. When the project is completed and put into use, once leakage occurs, it is difficult to find the source to solve the problem completely. Therefore, the strengthening of the construction process control is the key. This paper, based on the analysis of the cause of leakage, proposed prevention and control measures of external wall leakage.
