温州立体城陵江庭一二期房产逆势热销现象的分析

摘　　要：温州房地产形势与全国一样处于逆势，多数新开盘房产均难以销售，市场一片萧条景象。唯有温州立体城陵江庭的楼盘开盘却一跑打响，赢得了购房者的青睐，形成了热销场面。透过现象看本质，笔者从五个方面分析其原因所在。The situation of Wenzhou real estate is as in adver-sity as in the other places of the country. Most of the new open market of real estate is difficult to sel buildings, so the market is in depression. Only the three-dimensional city of Lingjiang court in Wenzhou city is a running battle, sot it wins the favor of buyers, with the formation of hot scenes. See essence thr-ough the phenomenon, and the author analyzes the reasons fr-om five aspects.
