摘　　要：本文以亲水湾·湖畔雅苑工程项目为例，结合碎石桩复合地基和 CFG 桩复合地基的承载机理和特性，以及在地基施工过程中存在的诸多问题，提出了将两者结合应用而成地复合地基设计方案，并在工程实际中得到了具体应用。This paper, taking Qinshiuiwan·Lake Court project as an example, combined with the bearing mechanism and characteristics of gravel pile composite foundation and CFG pile composite foundation, and the existed problems in the fo- undation construction process, put forward composite founda- tion design scheme with their combination, and obtained the application in the actual engineering.
